Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

• "Aesthetics by Fran" provides aesthetic skin treatments.

• These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "Aesthetics by Fran" (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the client (referred to as "you" or "your").

• By booking a consultation or treatment, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Appointments

• Appointments must be made in advance.

• A mandatory initial consultation is required for all skin treatments.

• The consultation aims to assess your suitability for the treatment, discuss your desired outcomes, and address any potential risks or side effects.

• The consultation does not guarantee that you will be deemed a suitable candidate for treatment.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for a clients medical history, or requested outcome.

3. Booking and Deposits

• A deposit of 40% of the total treatment cost is required to secure your treatment appointment.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment.

• Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where "Aesthetics by Fran" cancels the appointment. Please see section 4 for cancellations.

• Payments can be made by bank transfer.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Lateness

• We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or fail to attend your appointment, you will lose your deposit.

• If "Aesthetics by Fran" needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to provide you with reasonable notice and offer an alternative appointment or a refund of your deposit.

• If you are running late for your appointment, please get in touch as soon as possible.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. In such cases, the full treatment cost will be payable.

5. Treatment Information, Consent, and Photography

• You will be provided with detailed information about the treatment, including potential risks and side effects, during your consultation.

• You are required to sign a consent form before any treatment is carried out.

• Results may vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history information.

• Pre and post-treatment photography is required as part of the treatment process and is included within the consent form. By agreeing to treatment you agree to the taking of these photos.

• These photographs will be used for treatment records and may also be used for review of treatment results.

• We do not provide treatments to individuals under the age of 18. Individuals under the age of 18 are also not permitted to be present during appointments.

• Due to the nature of the treatments and the limited space within the treatment rooms, accompanying adults, children and pets are not allowed. Please attend your appointment alone. If you require someone to accompany you to your appointment, please let us know in advance.

6. Liability

• "Aesthetics by Fran" is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the treatment.

• While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, there are inherent risks associated with skin injectable treatments.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of your failure to disclose such details.

• You agree to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to you regarding the care of a treated area. 

7. Refunds

• All packages and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• We offer excellent service and use only the best products available, but we cannot guarantee results. We cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

8. Aftercare

• You will be provided with aftercare instructions following your treatment.

• It is your responsibility to follow these instructions carefully.

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the results of your treatment.

9. Privacy Policy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy.

• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available upon request.

10. Amendments

• "Aesthetics by Fran" reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
